Dr. Oz Show to Feature Celiac Disease
The gluten free world seems to be split on Dr. Oz covering Celiac disease. I have seen comments criticizing his guest, Elisabeth Hasselbeck. If anything, I am excited that Dr. Oz is bringing attention to the topic. Whether you agree or disagree with Elisabeth due to her politics, outspoken nature, celebrity status, etc., the fact of the matter is that the gluten free world and celiac disease has gotten much more attention since she began speaking of her experiences. I encourage each of you to watch Dr. Oz, have an open mind, and be excited that the gluten free world is spoken about on national television.
