Gluten Free Promise Welcomes Little Bay Baking Company

Gluten Free Promise is excited to announce the addition of Little Bay Baking Company to our gluten free store. Little Bay Baking Company products include gluten free cake, cookie, donut, muffin and waffle mixes. Through January 30, 2010, we are offering our valued customers a 10% discount on all Little Bay Baking Company products.

Our friend Flo from Buffalo, New York, sent us her favorite sugar cookie recipe, which uses Little Bay Baking Company’s Yellow Cake Mix. Thanks Flo!

1 bag of Little Bay Baking Company Yellow Cake Mix

3/4 cup margarine

1 large egg

3 tablespoons milk

Form dough into ball and refrigerate for 2 hours in plastic wrap. Divide into three pieces and roll dough between two pieces of wax paper to 1/8 inch thick. Cut out cookies and place on parchment lined cookie sheets Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with colored sugar before baking or frost and decorate when cool.
