Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients into bowl and mix with hand mixer until well mixed. Roll dough into small balls and put onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes. Makes approximately 18 cookies.
