Jeckyl & Hyde makes its very own gluten free pizza dough and gluten free bread for sandwiches. Some of our favorite pizzas on their menu can be prepared with gluten free pizza dough, including:

• Aegean Pizza:  White Sauce, red onion, kalamata olives, salami, and feta cheese.
• Ionian Pizza:  Red sauce, pepperoni, salami, Canadian bacon, soppressatta, and cheese.
• Tuscan Pizza:  Pink Sauce, salami, artichokes, kalamata olives, red onion and cheese.
• Many other gluten free toppings are available to create your own gluten free wood fired pizza!

Jeckyl & Hyde makes their own gluten free bread to substitute for gluten free sandwiches.  Typical sandwiches like turkey and ham are available.  Other special cold sandwiches, include:

• Turkey with Cranberry.
• Chicken Salad.
• Veggie.

Several hot sandwiches can be prepared gluten free, including:

• French Dip:  Roast Beef and provolone with au jus.
• Reuben:  Corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, 1,000 island dressing, and horseradish.
• Italian:  Pepperoni, salami, soppressatta, ricotta cheese, black olives, tomatoes, and sun-dried tomato pesto.
