Quest to Find the Best Gluten Free Pizza: Mom’s Bake at Home Pizza – Devon, PA

Even though we have been trying to eat less junk food, I may have fallen off the wagon a little bit.  This weekend, I convinced Greg (with little resistance) that we should try Mom’s Bake at Home gluten free pizza.  Again, this is an easy dinner and requires minimal cooking.  In addition, Mom’s Devon, PA store now offers frozen gluten free pastas too.

I ordered two gluten free pizzas (one mushroom and one mushroom and pepperoni), which were ready and waiting for me within 25 minutes.  The medium sized gluten free pizzas come assembled and ready to cook.  Both pizzas and toppings came to under $30. 

When we got home, I popped those pizzas into the oven for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.  The pizzas were cooked perfectly.   The crusts are primarily made of tapioca flour and therefore are thin and slightly crumbly.  However, the pizzas held up to reheating (not soggy)!

Mom’s Bake at Home Pizza is a quick and affordable option for gluten free pizza.  While it isn’t “regular” pizza, it is a nice alternative.  We tried the Devon, PA store, but Mom’s has 10 locations in the Metro-Philadelphia area.  Check them out and tell them we sent you!
