Ingredients
4 tuna steaks (about 6 oz. each)
2 c. gluten free stir-fry sauce
2 Tbs. vegetable oil
6 c. Broccoli Stir-Fry (1 lb)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbs. fresh ginger, chopped
2 scallions, sliced thin
2 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Grill tuna steaks to your desired internal temperature, basting with ½ cup stir-fry sauce during the last minute of cooking. In a large sauté pan, cook broccoli stir-fry in oil over MEDIUM heat for 4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook until vegetables are tender, about 3 minutes. Add remaining stir-fry sauce, scallions and toasted sesame seeds; cook 1 minute longer. Serve grilled tuna steaks over vegetables.
