Delivery rates are based on the approximate package weight and size and your mailing zip code. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends and holidays are processed the following business day. All orders ship within approximately 5 business days.

For your safety, we do not re-sell returned food items, regardless of their condition. Therefore all sales are final.

Upon receipt of your order please review the contents promptly. If there are any problems or questions, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and provide a return authorization or replacement if necessary. Please note that any returns or refunds due to quality or delivery problems must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 5 days after delivery.

Non-food items can be returned for a refund provided you get prior authorization for the return before hand. Products must be returned in original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
